Hawaii Represents at Annual AMA Leadership Summit

Last month, we had the honor of representing AMA Hawaii at this year’s 2015 American Marketing Association (AMA) Leadership Summit in Chicago. Held May 1-3, 2015 at the Marriott O’Hare, the three-day event brought together AMA chapter leaders from across the country, representatives from AMA’s National Board and distinguished speakers and presenters.
This year’s Leadership Summit provided new insight, strategies and tactics into growing membership, new trends in marketing, creative sponsorship tools and professional empowerment for participants. Some of the most memorable and engaging speakers from the weekend included Josh Bleill, Indianopolis Colts community spokesperson as well as Adam Carroll, noted author and speaker.
Over the course of the conference we gleaned a lot of great, relevant information, tips and tricks that will help guide us in creating a meaningful experience for AMA Hawaii members in 2015-2016. We look forward to sharing these with you in the coming months as we kick off the new “year.”
