Impress clients and co-workers with pro tips and tricks shared by AMA Hawaii guest presenter Greg Wilson, a senior account executive with Zoom. Join us for this fun, informal 30-minute Zoom session – and you’ll get to ask your burning questions during a short Q&A session at the end!
This session is FREE to attend. We have 250 seats that will be offered to AMA Hawaii members and nonmembers, partner associations in Hawaii, and AMA members in other chapters.

You will learn how to master Zoom’s in-meeting experience in this 30-minute crash course. Greg will be providing tips on in-meeting features and settings including:
- Security Settings
- Sharing Content
- Breakout Rooms
- Document Annotations
- Remote Control
- Recording
- Polling
- Virtual Backgrounds
You are encouraged to join the meeting via desktop or laptop to take advantage of face-to-face interaction during the meeting, but Greg will also be discussing the platform’s mobile features.
We have a 10-minute Q&A scheduled at the end, but feel free to ask questions during the presentation.
