Friends Giving: Hāmākua Coast Premium

Hāmākua Coast Premium was founded by a pair of Hawaiʻi bartenders inspired to make better cocktails by using local ingredients. After years of serving vacationers drinks made with artificial syrups made as far away as Florida and Kuala Lumpur, Brandon Ventura and Kalei Jury thought they could do better. All of the syrups are handcrafted in Hilo, Hawaiʻi and are now featured at bars and restaurants across Hawaiʻi. Their goal is to continue to grow and bring the flavors of Hawaiʻi to any occasion with syrups to enhance cocktails, mocktails, and culinary creations.
