What do you consider your greatest achievement?
It may sound mundane, but I feel like I live my greatest achievement every day. Balancing a busy work life, two kids with all their activities, a husband, and managing to find a tiny bit of time for myself is a huge feat! All working moms should feel proud!
In your role – what does success look like?
Of course we love to see huge spikes in web traffic, calls and leads, but success is also seen when we try something new and learn from it. Often times, the outcome is not what you expect, and it’s those unexpected learnings that make marketing so much fun..
What is your company’s philosophy/approach to marketing?
At Hawaiian Telcom we all try to live “FAST” values that guide us in all that we do including our marketing efforts: F – Fierce Resolve; A – Aloha Spirit; S – Superior Service; T – Trustworthy.
