Power Of Purpose And Movement

JANUARY 29, 2022

Join us for a morning of personal and professional development, wellness, and empowering conversations to discover your purpose and direction for the future ahead.

About this event

Part 1: Power Of Purpose

Studies show that people with purpose live longer, are happier and more productive. Each person has an individual set of strengths that can be used to lead a meaningful life. Whatever your ambitions, goals, or role within your organization and the community, begin adding years to your life and life to your years by having a clearer roadmap for the path ahead.

Led by Joslyn Sato, D.M., PMP from Blue Zones Project, this interactive workshop will help you discover and reconnect with your unique skills, talents and sense of purpose. Each participant will receive a workbook and Joslyn will share practical guidance and tips on how you can focus on your strengths, navigate through life’s transitions, and make a meaningful impact in your work and personal life. At the end of Joslyn’s workshop, you will have determined your own purpose statement and be motivated to start pursuing passions and opportunities that are fulfilling to you.

Part 2: Power Of Movement

Following the Purpose workshop, personal trainer Kayli Taniguchi will take participants through a gentle yet invigorating stretch and strength workout. You’ll learn the importance of training and what actions you can take to live more purposefully and improve your health and well-being – a perfect way to begin the new year.

NOTE: Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and towel.
